- • 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- • Remaining balance must be paid before the tour commencement date.
- • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment.
- • Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or approved online payment methods.
- • Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, transportation costs, or government levies will be payable by the guest.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- • More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund of the package cost.
- • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
- • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the package cost.
- • Less than 7 days before departure: No Refund.
- • No refund for unused services, no-shows, or early check-outs.
- • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
