Package Policies
- Hotel: 4 Nights accommodation (3-star or 4-star standard options).
- Meals: Daily breakfast at hotel + Dhow Cruise Dinner + Desert Safari BBQ Dinner.
- Sightseeing: Half-Day Dubai Tour, Full-Day Abu Dhabi Tour, Desert Safari 4x4, Dhow Cruise.
- Tickets: Burj Khalifa 124th/125th Floor (Non-Prime Hours) & Abra Boat Ride.
- Transfers: Airport pick-up & drop-off + all tour transfers (Shared / SIC basis).
- GST (5% Goods & Services Tax): Excluded as requested. Applied directly to the overall tour package cost.
- TCS (Tax Collected at Source): Applicable on foreign travel packages under Indian Income Tax regulations (Note: You can claim this back when filing your annual ITR).
- Dubai Tourism Dirham Fee: A mandatory hotel city tax (approx. 10 to 20 AED per room per night, depending on the hotel category: 3★, 4★, or 5★) payable directly to the hotel reception upon check-in.
- Payment Policy
- 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Remaining balance must be paid before the tour commencement date.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment.
- Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or approved online payment methods.
- Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, transportation costs, or government levies will be payable by the guest.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund of the package cost.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the package cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No Refund.
- No refund for unused services, no-shows, or early check-outs.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Important Notes
- Flight tickets, train tickets, permits, and third-party services are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
- In case of natural calamities, weather disruptions, road closures, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be subject to hotel and transport provider policies.
