Arrive in Manali and meet your expedition team. Complete the registration and bike allocation process, followed by a detailed safety briefing and orientation session. Spend the evening exploring Manali or relaxing before the adventure begins.

Begin your motorcycle expedition with a thrilling ride through the spectacular Himalayan landscape. Cross iconic mountain routes and enjoy dramatic valleys, winding roads, and high-altitude scenery.

Overnight: Jispa/Sarchu

Ride towards Leh through some of the most breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas. The route takes you through high mountain passes and remote terrain before arriving in Leh. Check in and relax to acclimatize to the altitude.

Overnight: Leh

Take a well-deserved rest day in Leh to acclimatize. Later, explore some of Leh's popular attractions and experience the unique culture and atmosphere of Ladakh.

Get ready for one of the most exciting rides of the expedition. Ride from Leh towards Nubra Valley, crossing the legendary Khardung La. Descend into the beautiful Nubra Valley, known for its dramatic landscapes, monasteries, and unique high-altitude desert scenery.

Continue your adventure towards the spectacular Pangong Lake. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you ride deeper into the remote Himalayan wilderness. Arrive at Pangong and witness the lake's famous changing shades of blue.

Overnight: Pangong Lake

Wake up to magnificent views of Pangong Lake before beginning your return ride to Leh. Enjoy the scenic mountain roads and make the most of your final day on the expedition.

Your Ladakh bike expedition comes to an end. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for your onward journey with unforgettable memories of the Himalayas.

Accommodation for 7 nights in hotels/camps on a twin/triple-sharing basis.
Daily breakfast and dinner as per the itinerary.
Royal Enfield / equivalent motorcycle for the complete expedition.
Fuel for the motorcycle as per the planned itinerary.
Experienced road captain / tour leader throughout the expedition.
Support vehicle for luggage and basic expedition assistance.
Basic motorcycle tools and spares for common breakdowns.
Motorcycle rental charges, including standard documentation.
All applicable inner-line permits and environmental/entry fees mentioned in the itinerary.
Experienced mechanic support during the expedition.
First-aid kit and basic medical support.
All applicable driver, fuel and parking charges for the support vehicle.
Assistance during the complete tour.

Airfare, train tickets, or transportation to Manali and from Leh.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, tips, and shopping.

Any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, bottled water, or soft drinks.
Personal travel/medical insurance.
Any cost arising from medical evacuation or hospitalization.
Motorcycle damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper riding.

Cost of spare parts or repairs resulting from accidental damage.

Payment Policy
25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Remaining balance must be paid before the tour commencement date.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment.
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or approved online payment methods.
Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, transportation costs, or government levies will be payable by the guest.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund of the package cost.
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the package cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: No Refund.
No refund for unused services, no-shows, or early check-outs.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Important Notes
Flight tickets, train tickets, permits, and third-party services are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
In case of natural calamities, weather disruptions, road closures, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be subject to hotel and transport provider policies.
Flying Carpet Travel reserves the right to amend itineraries due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond control.
