Detailed Itinerary

Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport and transfer to Ubud. Check in and enjoy a relaxed evening.

Visit Tegallalang Rice Terraces, Ubud Palace and Ubud Art Market. Add the Sacred Monkey Forest if time and ticket arrangements permit.

Visit Tegenungan Waterfall and explore selected local attractions before transferring to Kuta. Enjoy the beach or nearby cafés in the evening.

Visit Uluwatu Temple for dramatic coastal views. Attend the Kecak dance at sunset, subject to performance schedule and ticket availability.

Enjoy free time at Kuta Beach or choose optional water sports at Tanjung Benoa. Shopping, spa treatments and beach activities can be arranged at extra cost.

Check out after breakfast and transfer to the airport for your return flight.

5 nights’ accommodation: Ubud 2N and Kuta 3N.
Daily breakfast.
Airport pickup and departure transfers.
Sightseeing transfers as per the confirmed itinerary.
Entrance tickets and activities only where specified in the final quotation.

International return flights.
Indonesian visa or e-VOA fees, if applicable.
Bali tourist levy, where applicable.
Entrance tickets, water sports and optional experiences not listed as included.
Lunch, dinner, personal expenses and travel insurance.
Applicable GST or other taxes unless confirmed in the quote.

Payment Policy
25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Remaining balance must be paid before the tour commencement date.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment.
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or approved online payment methods.
Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, transportation costs, or government levies will be payable by the guest.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund of the package cost.
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the package cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: No Refund.
No refund for unused services, no-shows, or early check-outs.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Important Notes
Flight tickets, train tickets, permits, and third-party services are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
In case of natural calamities, weather disruptions, road closures, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be subject to hotel and transport provider policies.
