- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment.

- Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, transportation costs, or government levies will be payable by the guest.

- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the package cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No Refund.
- No refund for unused services, no-shows, or early check-outs.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
